Copperleaf Place meets the constant-rising demand for one and two-bedroom apartment housing in Fort Collins in a great infill location within a mature area without new competition. Along the midtown corridor of the Choice City. Copperleaf Place will be ideally situated one miel from a community college, two miles from the newly redeveloped mall, and with close proximity to large tech employers along the Harmony Center. This project aligns with the City of Fort Collins’ vision to be a world class city by providing additional apartments in a desirable, central area with a current lack of housing options.
